1. Lead times
Custom cakes need 72 hours notice. Tiered and wedding cakes need two weeks. Rush orders may be accepted for a $20 fee when our schedule allows.
2. Deposits
A 50% non transferable deposit reserves your date. The balance is due at pickup or before delivery.
3. Changes
Design or flavor changes are accepted up to 72 hours before pickup. Size increases depend on availability.
4. Cancellations
Cancel 7 days or more ahead for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refundable.
5. Wedding orders
Wedding deposits are non refundable within 30 days of the event but may be moved to a new date once, subject to availability.
6. Pickup
Please pick up within your scheduled time. Orders not collected by closing are held for one day, then may be discarded without refund.
