1. Our promise
If something is wrong with your order, tell us and we will make it right.
2. Café and display items
Report any issue the same day with your receipt for a replacement or refund.
3. Custom cakes
Check your cake at pickup. Concerns about design must be raised before the cake leaves the bakery. Taste or quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours with the remaining cake returned and photos.
4. Not eligible
We cannot refund for damage after pickup, changes in personal taste, or cakes stored outside our care instructions.
5. Deposits
Deposit refunds follow our order and cancellation policy.
